Marlee Mihi is a certified professional coach and speaker who uses transformative methods to develop businesses and individuals with a growth mindset. As a fierce advocate for neurodiversity, Marlee provides tools and best practices to create belonging for all learner styles to excel in the workplace, school and in life. Her expertise include corporate consulting, business coaching, individual professional development, career counseling and non profit organizational growth. After receiving a diagnosis of being neurodivergent due to traumatic events in her life, and years of advocating for neurodivergent clients; Marlee sought to develop programming, literature, education and workshops with a common theme of overcoming and breakthrough to help businesses and individuals navigate the workforce, personal balance and satisfy their higher calling.
